The Panasonic Lumix G10 is very similar to the G2, but it has a few lesser specifications.

HTC HD mini review

HTC HD mini review : A remarkable development in Smartphones is the running trend to go smaller. Smaller smartphones, with smaller displays. Although that is a broad concept, because a 3.2-inch format display is still not less than average for a modern smartphone. In any case, there was reason enough for HTC to come up with the HTC HD mini smartphone. It is a new Windows Mobile smartphone with a more compact design and with a more modest format display of 3.2 inches. In comparison with the high-end smartphones with a 4.3-inch format, it makes quite a difference. During the Mobile World Congress in Spain we took a moment to have a closer look at the new HTC HD mini Smartphone.

12 Megapixel phone

NTT Docomo 12 Megapixel camera phone : The NTT Docomo booth at the Mobile World Congress is always a good place to find a remarkable and unique mobile product. Next to the wooden smartphone, the NTT Docomo Touch Wood, we also ran into the NTT Docomo F-04B handset. On the whole it looks futuristic, especially when it appears that by pushing on the bottom of the NTT F-04B, it can be split into two pieces. The fun part is that the separate pieces can still communicate with each other through Bluetooth technology. Additionally, very ingenious, it is even possible to choose which or both pieces will be used for communication. Both pieces have a microphone and speaker. But how does the battery work?

Mobile World Congress 2011 moving to Paris

Mobile World Congress 2011 in Paris? : Remarkable affairs at the Mobile World Congress will always exist, but in the domain of manufacturers and hardware, not many things were presented at the Mobile World Congress that caused a stir. There is of course the case of Nokia that announced early on that they would not be present at the MWC 2010, at least not on the show floor. What Nokia did do, was rent a location in Barcelona at the same time of Mobile World Congress and wait for visitors to show up. It is hard for us to say if this was a good idea. In any case, we did not go, and seeing the publications written about Nokia, we don’t get the feeling that this was a bad decision.
